The new projects in Mumbai, located in the Santacruz-Andheri corridor, are scheduled to launch in September 2025.
The total investment for the new projects in Mumbai is approximately Rs 250 crore.
TRU Realty aims to generate revenue of around Rs 400 crore from these new projects by 2028.
