The Trump Organization is actively expanding its real estate footprint in India, particularly in the National Capital Region (NCR). They have launched multiple luxury projects, including Trump Towers Delhi NCR and Trump Residences, with plans for further expansion.
The Trump Towers Delhi NCR project has recorded bookings of over ₹2,000 crore since its launch in 2018. It features 250 luxury apartments priced between ₹5 crore and ₹9 crore.
The apartments in Trump Residences, Gurgaon, range from ₹8 crore to ₹15 crore, with premium penthouses priced as high as ₹125 crore.
The Trump Residences project in Gurgaon is a joint effort by Tribeca, M3M, and Smartworld. Tribeca handles branding and design, Smartworld manages development and customer experience, and M3M is the execution partner.
The Trump Organization has plans for a third project, Trump Towers at Sector 94 in Noida. They also have residential and commercial projects in Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, and Hyderabad, making India their largest overseas market.
