Real Estate Mumbai:TVS Emerald, a leading real estate developer based in Chennai, has further strengthened its market presence with the acquisition of a 10-acre land parcel in Bengaluru.
This marks the company's fourth land acquisition in the current financial year, adding a total revenue potential of Rs 5,300 crore, according to a top official.

The newly acquired land is located in Sathanur, Bengaluru, and is part of TVS Emerald's strategic expansion plan.
Earlier, the company had acquired two land parcels in Chennai, including a 12-acre plot on the Radial Road and a 4.8-acre plot in Padur, Old Mahabalipuram Road.
