Real Estate Mumbai:Mumbai: Vascon Engineers Ltd. (VASCONEQ), a prominent player in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and real estate sectors, has been awarded a Letter of Intent (LOI) from MSEB Holding Company Limited for the redevelopment of the “Saudamini” Building. Located at Plot No. 9, Haji Ali Park in Mahalaxmi, Mumbai, this project is valued at ₹161.18 crore, excluding GST and insurance, and is expected to be completed within 36 months from the start of work.

The project is a significant addition to Vascon’s portfolio, further solidifying its expertise in redevelopment and expanding its footprint in Mumbai’s real estate market.
