Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Legora on its acquisition of Cadastral, an AI agent platform specifically designed for commercial real estate. This strategic acquisition marks Legora's entry into the commercial real estate sector and lays the groundwork for a new Legora engineering hub in New York City.
Legora is an innovative agentic operating system for legal work, designed to support lawyers in research, review, and drafting across complex legal matters. The platform is widely used by over 100,000 legal professionals at more than 1,200 leading law firms and in-house legal teams across more than 50 markets. Recently, Legora surpassed US$100 million in annual recurring revenue and achieved a valuation of US$5.6 billion in its Series D funding round.
