Days after the inauguration of the Noida International Airport, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has launched a significant residential plot scheme for 2026. The land rate has been fixed at Rs 36,260 per square metre, and allotment will be done through a draw system.

Specifically, 17.5% of the plots are reserved for farmers whose land was acquired, and 5% are reserved for businessmen with operational industrial units in the area.
