Zomato Hyperpure is the B2B supply chain subsidiary of the food delivery platform Zomato. It sources and supplies fresh produce, packaged food, groceries, and other essentials directly to restaurant partners, cloud kitchens, and institutional buyers.
The new warehouse is located at One K Square Logistics Park in Bhiwandi, a key logistics hub in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Zomato Hyperpure has leased 246,598 square feet of space in Bhiwandi.
The total lease consideration for the Bhiwandi warehouse is ₹43.90 crore over a period of more than five years.
Bhiwandi is preferred for warehousing due to its proximity to Mumbai, relatively lower land costs, and connectivity to national highways and the Jawaharlal Nehru Port, making it a critical hub for e-commerce, retail, and food logistics.
