Arvind SmartSpaces Secures ₹2,400 Crore Mumbai High-Rise Project
Arvind SmartSpaces, a leading real estate developer, has signed a significant high-rise residential project in Mumbai with an estimated top-line potential of around ₹2,400 crore. This marks the company's largest project to date and further solidifies its presence in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
The development will be undertaken in partnership with Sigma Oxford Realtors and involves the redevelopment of Siddharth Nagar, located in Goregaon (West), Mumbai. The project boasts a saleable carpet area of approximately 0.67 million square feet, making it a substantial addition to the company's portfolio.
This is Arvind SmartSpaces' third housing project in the MMR and its second high-rise development in Mumbai. The company has been strategically following an asset-light approach, focusing on partnerships and selective entry into micro-markets with visible demand. This strategy has proven effective in expanding their reach and ensuring sustainable growth.
In March, Arvind SmartSpaces also acquired a residential high-rise project in Whitefield, Bengaluru, with a top-line potential of about ₹330 crore. This acquisition further diversifies the company's portfolio and strengthens its position in key urban markets.
The management of Arvind SmartSpaces has maintained its annual booking growth guidance, supported by expected project launches in the final quarter. The company is optimistic about continued growth over the next three years, driven by additions to its project pipeline and robust execution.
Arvind SmartSpaces' strategic partnerships and focus on high-demand micro-markets are key factors in its success. The company's commitment to delivering quality residential projects in prime locations positions it well for future growth and expansion in the Indian real estate market.
