CREDAI Pune Launches 24th Edition of Pune Property Expo 2026
Pune, 16 January 2026: CREDAI Pune has successfully inaugurated the 24th edition of the Pune Property Expo 2026 at the Agriculture College Ground. This event, which stands as the city’s largest and most trusted real estate showcase, was inaugurated by Dr. Ganesh Natarajan, Chairman of 5F World, GTT Data, and Honeywell Automation India, and former CEO of Zensar Technologies. The expo brings together over 80 reputable CREDAI-member developers, presenting more than 400 RERA-registered projects. These projects span a wide range of categories, including affordable housing, luxury apartments, senior living, co-living, NA plots, premium villas, and Grade A commercial spaces, offering homebuyers a comprehensive selection of properties across Pune, PCMC, and the wider PMRDA region.
Also in attendance at the inaugural ceremony were CREDAI Pune President Manish Jain, Vice Presidents Arvind Jain, JP Shroff, and Nitin Nyati, Shri Ravindra D. Hitnalli, and Convenor Punit Oswal. A day prior to the public inauguration, CREDAI Pune successfully hosted D2C 3.0, India’s largest developer-channel partner networking initiative. The enthusiastic participation reflects the strong confidence and enthusiasm of the market, setting a powerful momentum for the three-day expo.
