Dharma Productions Secures New Office Space in Mumbai's Andheri West
Karan Johar's Dharma Productions, one of India's leading film production houses, has announced the leasing of a new office space in Mumbai's Andheri West. The security deposit for this office space amounts to ₹1 crore. By the end of the lease term, the monthly rent will be approximately ₹17.36L. Over the four-year lease, Dharma Productions will pay a total rent of around ₹7.75 crore.
