Prabhu Deva Sells Two Mumbai Apartments in Mahalaxmi for Rs 14.80 Crore
Popular actor, dancer, and choreographer Prabhu Deva has sold his two apartments in South Mumbai’s Mahalaxmi area for a reported cost of Rs 14.80 crore. As per the property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix, the two apartments were sold for about Rs 14.80 crore, and the property is located in one of the city’s tallest residential towers.
As per the documents recovered, Prabhu Deva had bought the two apartments in December 2012, almost a decade ago. While purchasing the properties, the ace choreographer had paid a price of Rs 14.45 crore. The property measured 1,295 sq ft each, with two apartments on the 32nd and 33rd floors of the building.
Prabhu Deva sold the apartments for Rs 7.40 crore each, bringing the total to Rs 14.80 crore. The two apartments were sold to Priya Ruparel and Manju Dange. As per the report, a stamp duty of Rs 30,000 was paid, and the transaction was registered on March 13, 2026, the documents show.
