Actress Preity Zinta has taken a major leap in her real estate pursuits by selling her Pali Hill apartment located in the bustling Bandra for a cool INR 18.2 crore. This transition reflects her savvy investment choices, with a diverse portfolio that features a chic Los Angeles residence worth about INR 40 crore.

Preity Zinta’s real estate portfolio is back in focus after reports that she sold her Pali Hill apartment in Bandra for INR 18.2 crore. According to Magicbricks, the deal adds a fresh chapter to her property story, which includes homes in Mumbai and Los Angeles, along with other investments linked to rental income and long-term wealth.

The update also draws attention to her reported net worth of around INR 125 crore and her wider business interests, including Punjab Kings.

The report says her Mumbai holdings gained attention in October 2023, when she bought a sea-facing apartment in Pali Hill, Bandra. The property measured 1,474 square feet and was reportedly purchased for over Rs 17 crore. The flat was described as having modern interiors and chic decor that reflects her refined taste.

The same report said the apartment was later estimated to be worth over INR 20 crore. The latest update says Zinta sold the property in Matru Shakti, Pali Hill, Bandra West, for INR 18.2 crore. The unit had a carpet area of 1,712 square feet and came with two dedicated car parking slots. The report states that Preity Zinta recently gained attention in the Mumbai real estate market by selling her flat in the posh Pali Hill area of Bandra.

The timing of the sale worked in her favor because it happened right after the building underwent a major redevelopment. It adds that by waiting for the redevelopment to finish, she significantly increased the asset's value. It also says buyer Suraj Saini paid stamp duty of about INR 1.09 crore.

Her Los Angeles home is valued at INR 35 crore to INR 40 crore, or about USD 5 million, and serves as her primary residence with Gene Goodenough. The report also places her commercial spaces in Mumbai at INR 10 crore to INR 15 crore and other residential investments in India at INR 8 crore to INR 10 crore. It further says her income comes from Bollywood films and projects, brand endorsements and sponsorships, IPL team ownership and related revenues, and rental income from commercial and residential properties.
