The newly acquired unit is located in the Bay Heights residential complex, situated on Krishna Chandra Marg in the upscale Bandra Reclamation area. Developed by Excel Enterprises India Private Limited, the apartment spans 121.14 square meters (approximately 1,304 square feet) and comes with two designated parking spaces. The registration documents also reveal that a stamp duty fee of Rs. 38.15 lakh was paid as part of the transaction. The official transfer of the property is expected to take place on November 29, 2030.
