Television actress Tejasswi Prakash has further strengthened her real estate holdings with the purchase of a premium apartment in Bandra West, reinforcing a pattern of high-value investments that have become part of her lifestyle as one of television’s most successful personalities. Over the past few years, Tejasswi and her partner Karan Kundrra have amassed properties in Mumbai, Goa, and Dubai, reflecting both their rising financial success and evolving personal priorities.
The latest property acquisition, registered on February 16, 2026, is a spacious flat in Bay Heights, a residential complex situated on Krishna Chandra Marg in Bandra Reclamation, one of Mumbai’s most coveted neighborhoods. The deal, documented by CRE Matrix, was completed at Rs 7.63 crore, and comes with two reserved parking spaces and a possession date scheduled for November 2030, as the building is currently under construction.
Spread over approximately 1,304 square feet on the 14th floor, the apartment was bought with a 10% booking amount paid upfront, with the balance to be settled in instalments as the building nears its occupation certificate.
