ASPL has acquired a 49% stake in Oxford Navrang Realtors for ₹49,000, involving 4,900 equity shares of ₹10 each. The parent company has sold a 13% stake in ASPL to external investors for ₹13,000, retaining an 87% holding in ASPL.
