According to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix, the apartment is located in Bay Heights, an under-construction project by Hiranandani Developers in Bandra Reclamation.
The apartment, situated on the 14th floor, measures over 1,303 square feet and comes with two parking spaces. The building is currently under construction, with the expected possession date set for November 2030.
Tejasswi registered the transaction on February 16, 2026, paying a stamp duty of ₹38 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000. According to the documents, she paid a 10 percent booking amount of over ₹76 lakh to the developer, with the remaining balance to be paid in 12 instalments by the time the building receives the occupation certificate (OC).
